At Locks of Length, we are committed to providing the highest quality hair extensions and tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return option under the following conditions:

Return Guidelines:

1. Eligibility:

   • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify.

2. Return Method:

   • Approved returns will be issued store credit only in the form of a gift card. No refunds will be provided.
   • Store credit will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@locksoflength.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
   • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
